Your monthly fee will pay for all maintenance, housekeeping, one meal per day, scheduled transportation, water, cable, electricity, phone service, unlimited use of common spaces and campus amenities, and much more. The amount you pay depends on the size of home you choose and whether you live with a second person. A second person pays a significantly lower monthly fee.
